This kit is a basic starting platform for your conversion.
The Orion smart DC-DC 50A charger included is needed for Euro 6 engines or newer due to their new smart alternators, and for use with lithium batteries.
It comprises:
12v Lithium 105ah Fogstar Leisure battery mounted in a battery box.
Charged from the engine battery when the vehicle is running with a Victron Orion XS 50A DC-DC Charger.
A 4 way fuse board ready for connecting up all the required load devices.
The kit comes with full installation. Other packages can be added at the same time if required.
You may want to consider adding:
An inverter or inverter charger for off grid mains power.
A solar panel to charge and replenish the battery when off grid.
